3 Highly effective solutions

High Friction Surfacing (also known as Antiskid) is a highly effective and durable solution for reducing stopping distances for motorists, traffic calming and prevention of slippages for pedestrians.

KEYGRIP EPOXY RESIN TYPE 1

Keygrip Epoxy Resin is a cold, hand applied High Friction Surfacing treatment for application to areas that are subjected to high braking forces.

The ease of application and accessibility to remote sites means that it is an ideal treatment for areas such as footbridges, platforms, car park ramps. Sites can be treated with high friction surfacing quickly and economically, keeping disruption to a minimum.

Keygrip Epoxy Resin can be pigmented to any colour required for use as a traffic calming measure.

KEYGRIP THERMOPLASTIC TYPE 1 SYSTEM

A Thermoplastic hand applied High Friction Surfacing. It consists of a thermoplastic resin ester binder incorporating a graded (1mm - 3mm) Chinese, Indian or Guyanan bauxite aggregate.

Keygrip Thermoplastic Type 1 can be laid at low temperature down to 0 degrees centigrade. The areas of application make it an ideal alternative to Epoxy Resin and polyurethane systems in cold and damp conditions giving the same properties as it counterparts.

Keygrip Thermoplastic can be pigmented to any colour required for use as a traffic calming measure.

MMA HIGH FRICTION SURFACING

MMA (Methyl Methcrylate) is a 3 part cold applied resin that can be combined with aggregate and has a very quick curing time.  The surfacing is highly durable a valid alternative to the other systems that we offer.

The aggregate can be pigmented to the required colour of the customer for traffic calming or visual impact.
